+ Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Erlöse (Budgetverantwortung)
+ Vorbereitung der Nachtragskalkulation
+ Prüfung der Termine, keine Terminplanung, Bauzeitplan ist vorgegeben
+ Koordination und Steuerung der internen und externen Beteiligten
+ Nachtragserstellung
+ Absprachen zu den Baufortschritten
Anfangs 3 Tage/Woche onsite, in der Sperrpause (September - November) mehr onsite Präsenz
Anforderungen: + Erfahrung im Kabeltiefbau
+ Erfahrung mit der Bahn
+ Erfahrung in iTwo
