What skills are required for this project engineer (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Successfully completed electrical engineering training, a degree in energy technology/energy supply, or a comparable qualification (e.g., in civil engineering and road construction with a relevant focus). Solid knowledge of civil engineering, ideally with experience in construction management for complex civil engineering projects. Practical knowledge of laying and installing power cables, as well as experience in planning power grids. Excellent negotiation and communication skills when dealing with municipalities, clients, and authorities. Fluent German, both written and spoken. Valid Class B (car) driver's license for on-site visits (approx. 80% field service / 20% home office). SAP experience is an advantage.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
