Start: September 14, 2026 End: June 30, 2027 (extension possible) Freelance Full-time (30 hours/week) hybrid - 1-2 days on-site in Gelsenkirchen (Monday and/or Tuesday) Creation of detailed formwork and structural plans including all necessary components for industrial and energy plant construction. What skills are required for this project engineer (m/f/d) - structural design?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Completed vocational training as a construction draftsman (specializing in structural engineering), technician/designer in the construction industry, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in creating formwork and reinforcement plans. Sound knowledge of reinforced concrete construction, structural reinforcement, and the detailed design of connections and nodes. Ability to develop reinforcement details independently and practically. Proficient in the relevant construction standards (DIN EN, EC2). Solid understanding of construction processes and feasible solutions. Experience with CAD systems such as Autodesk AutoCAD or Revit. Knowledge of specialized reinforcement software such as SOFiCAD is advantageous.
