Project coordination software development: Testing, go-live & interfaces - home office - freelancers only

Must-haves: Several years of experience as an IT project coordinator, PMO, release coordinator, or test coordinator in IT/migration projects. Demonstrable experience in: planning and coordinating test and go-live phases, creating and maintaining go-live scripts/cutover plans, coordinating interfaces with internal and external partners, and defect and issue management (e.g., with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools). A good technical understanding of: data warehouse architectures, interfaces (batch, API, file-based), test environments, release and deployment processes, technical accounts, and authorization concepts for SQL databases. Desirable knowledge: Familiarity with agile and/or traditional project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid models). Experience working with distributed teams and external service providers. Personal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to provide stakeholders with clear and structured information. Strong organizational and coordination skills, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management skills, a facilitative and solution-oriented approach. Assertiveness combined with a diplomatic and cooperative manner. High reliability and attention to detail, especially during critical go-live phases. Languages: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Excellent German skills are required.
