To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator located in Aguascalientes

Report to the Program Manager. This role coordinates program activities such as CFT open actions, customer open order control, shipments, manages customer communications, tracks project milestones, maintains documentation, and ensures customer requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Support Program Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer programs.
  • Maintain program documentation, action item trackers, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for customers and leadership reviews.
  • Monitor open actions and ensure timely follow-up with responsible teams.
  • Assist with change management activities, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and production readiness reviews.
  • Manage customer portals and maintain accurate program data.
  • Coordinate meetings and support logistical requirements for program reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and customer requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, program administration, customer service, or manufacturing operations.
