The TikTok LIVE team works closely with creators, agencies, and strategic partners to build engaging real-time experiences that bring communities together around the world. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end product and growth strategies for targeted creator segments based on creator needs, behavioral insights, and business objectives.
- Identify how LIVE features can support creator growth, engagement, and monetization across different segments and use cases.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and ROI analyses to identify high-impact strategies and scalable opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and evaluate success metrics for product and creator initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader ecosystem goals.
- Partner closely with Product teams to translate creator feedback, behavioral insights, and operational findings into actionable product requirements and feature improvements.
- Design and deliver education and enablement programs that help creators understand, adopt, and effectively use LIVE features.
- Monitor the LIVE content ecosystem to identify emerging trends, user pain points, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of creator-facing campaigns and initiatives that drive feature adoption, creator behavior change, and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure smooth execution of global initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, project management, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment, livestreaming, social media, gaming, music, or broader digital content industry.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
