Responsibilities
1. App Store Policy Analysis and Implementation.
-Track and analyze ongoing policy, tax, and regulatory updates from Apple App Store and Google Play, including new subscription features, alternative payment methods, refund policies, and related topics.
- Translate complex app store guidelines into clear and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for engineering, compliance, and finance teams.

2. Monetization and Business Launch Support.
- Support the specification and execution of new and existing monetization initiatives, including promotional campaigns, regional expansion, and payment feature integrations.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to improve payment conversion efficiency and platform stability.

3.Transaction Analysis and Funnel Optimization.
- Monitor performance metrics across different business lines and identify opportunities to optimize one-time purchases and subscription renewals.
- Conduct in-depth funnel and drop-off analyses across payment methods, regions, and platforms to identify bottlenecks in the conversion journey.

4. Payment Features and Merchant Portal Development.
- Build and scale core payment capabilities across web and mobile platforms.
- Support the development and enhancement of our SaaS platform, the merchant portal, by designing console features for business onboarding, payment management, reporting, and configuration workflows.
- Collaborate end-to-end with software engineers, data analysts, finance operations teams, and product designers to ensure successful feature delivery and launch readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
2. Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
3. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with data.
4. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear user flows and product specifications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Interest in payment products, app store ecosystems, subscription services, or digital monetization.
- Familiarity with product requirement documentation, user journey design, or data-driven product analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, finance operations, data, and design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks with ownership and clarity.
