Process Expert / Design Transfer Consultant - Mostly remote possible.

Proven experience in the medical technology (MedTech) industry. Strong knowledge of design transfer processes and production transfer best practices across industries. Demonstrated experience in developing, documenting, and implementing complex business processes. Excellent project planning and process documentation skills. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to influence, persuade, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively collaborate with global teams. Willingness to travel internationally (eg, Germany, United States) for workshops and project activities Location: Remote working arrangement for the majority of the engagement, utilizing virtual collaboration and video conferencing tools. Availability to travel to FME sites for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process development sessions when required. International travel may be necessary, primarily to locations such as Germany and the United States.
