For a major project within the framework of a comprehensive SAP transformation, we are seeking an experienced PMO team (Senior & Junior) who ideally already have experience working together. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Experience: >7 years as a (program) PMO in large IT/SAP transformation projects. Expertise: At least one supported SAP transformation; in-depth understanding of classic project and governance structures; experience in managing external service providers. Tools: Jira (project setup, epics, dashboards), Confluence (project wiki), MS Teams, MS Office/PowerPoint (board presentations). Experience: >2 years in a project or PMO environment. Expertise: Understanding of IT project organizations; project management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage. Tools: Proficient in Jira (tickets, tasks, maintenance), Confluence (meeting minutes, pages), MS Teams/SharePoint, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
