Our client is seeking a high-performing PMO for their S/4HANA transformation program. The Program Management Office (PMO) in this S/4HANA transformation program is explicitly not intended as an administrative reporting service, but rather as the operational enforcement body for the Senior Program Manager. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

SAP Transformations: At least 5 years of solid PMO experience, specifically in SAP transformation programs. S/4HANA Expertise: Demonstrable experience with S/4HANA programs – regardless of the migration approach (Greenfield, Bluefield, or Brownfield). Project Scope: Proven experience in large international programs across multiple legal entities (multi-entity) with a budget of at least €10 million. Project Management Certifications: Valid Prince2 Practitioner or PMI PMP certification. Governance: Practical experience in quality-assured program management based on quality gates. Required Tool Skills (MS Project / MS Project Server; Jira/Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, Power BI for report generation). Regulated environment (Defense, Tech, Aerospace, etc.). Solid manufacturing background. Fluent in German and English.
