Must-have: Proven, long-term experience in a PMO or multi-project coordination in complex IT environments. Must-have: Project experience in the public sector or a deep understanding of its structures and processes. Must-have: Very broad understanding of IT infrastructure (network, ITSM, client management). Must-have: Strong stakeholder management skills and professional service provider management.
