What skills are required for this pharmaceutical engineer (m/f/d) mab manufacturing?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

A completed degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy, process engineering, or a comparable qualification is desirable. At least 5 years, ideally 10 years, of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a GMP-regulated environment are required. Solid practical experience in monotherapy (mAB) manufacturing is essential. Experience with TFF, filtration, UF/DF, or comparable biotechnological manufacturing processes is necessary. Practical experience with single-use technologies and disposable production systems is also required. Experience in the construction, commissioning, or start-up of pharmaceutical or biotechnological production facilities is essential. Excellent knowledge of GMP documentation, risk analyses, qualification, and validation is required. A strong hands-on mentality and high implementation skills are necessary. A structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style is required. The ability to provide technical guidance to teams and impart knowledge in a practical manner is essential. Experience in interdisciplinary project teams is required. Excellent German and English skills are required.
