Excellent business process modeling (BPMN) for the analysis and optimization of complex end-to-end processes as a basis for Pega Case Design. Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum), especially in the role of a Business Architect within a Pega Delivery Framework. Sovereign stakeholder management to clearly communicate and control technical requirements, Pega-specific solution options, and architectural decisions.
