Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately and timely processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of wages, taxes, and other deductions
  • Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations related to payroll
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
