Must-have criteria: Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in applying Scrum in IT development teams - Experience level in years: 5 years or more. Must-have: Experience in software development teams with end-to-end responsibility across the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment, as well as CI/CD and DevOps-based delivery processes - Experience level in years: 5 years or more. Must-have: Experience in designing or optimizing Jira structures to support agile development processes - Experience level in years: 3 years or more.
