As part of a strategic digitalization initiative in the tax sector, our client intends to implement LucaNet TCR (Tax Compliance & Reporting) as a central consolidation and reporting platform. The project encompasses the transformation of tax processes for the EMEA region (IFRS Tax Reporting) as well as the complete mapping of German tax compliance (including e-balance sheet submission and replacement of DATEV). The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Technical Hard Skills & System Knowledge: Proven, in-depth implementation expertise in the LucaNet tool (specifically LucaNet TCR and the Tax Balance module). Extensive experience in connecting ERP and ERP consolidation systems: SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HFM, and experience with OneStream. Sound knowledge of interface architectures and ETL/mapping logic in the tax environment. Professional Expertise & Tax Know-how: Excellent understanding of IFRS Tax Accounting (IAS 12, IAS 34) and ETR calculation methods. Proven expert knowledge of German tax law (E-Balance Sheet core taxonomy, tax groups) as well as international regulations (e.g., UK Group Relief, Dutch tax groups). Data Integration & Mapping Architecture: Connection and validation of heterogeneous source systems to LucaNet TCR (SAP R/3 without Tax Ledger, various local ERPs, and reconciliation with Oracle HFM for consolidation entries). Extended Reporting & Optional Scope: Integration of additional reporting packages for the HQ in Japan (including ETR reconciliation, templates for temporary differences, MPMs according to IFRS 18). Preparation of the platform for Public Country-by-Country Reporting (Public CbCR). Development of migration concepts for future system changes (transition from Oracle HFM to OneStream and from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA including the future tax ledger).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
