What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA supports individuals in improving functional abilities by assisting with the delivery of occupational therapy services. The role works under clinical supervision to implement treatment plans, assist with clinical assessments, support therapeutic activities, and monitor progress. This role supports rehabilitation efforts and helps individuals increase independence in daily living activities. On a typical day, you might: - Assist in implementing occupational therapy interventions based on established treatment plans. - Support individuals in developing and maintaining skills needed for daily living and functional independence. - Assist with assessments and conduct observations under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist to support treatment planning and service delivery. - Observe and report changes in functional status, progress, and response to interventions. - Support training on adaptive techniques, equipment, and assistive devices. - Document therapy activities, progress notes, and service delivery in accordance with established requirements. Counties included are Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Richmond, Hoke, Lee, Moore, and Scotland. - Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required. Preferred: - Experience in all 3 areas above.
