Aufgabenbeschreibung: Verantwortung für den Second-Level-Support im Bereich Mobile Device Management (MDM) Pflege, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden MDM-Systems Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Changes im MDM-Umfeld Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Systemdokumentation Unterstützung beim Device Enrollment und Rollout neuer Endgeräte Pflege und Aktualisierung von Geräteanbindungen und -konfigurationen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen Anforderungen: - Kenntnisse in der Administration und Betreuung mobiler Endgeräte - Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Mobile Device Management, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt BlackBerry & Apple Indigo oder alternativ Microsoft Intune - Erfahrung im Second-Level-Support sowie in Change und Incident Prozessen Persönliche Anforderungen:Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Freude daran, Systeme zu optimieren und technische Entwicklungen aktiv mitzugestalten Projektdaten: Projekt:19246 Beginn: 12.10.2026 Dauer: 31.12.2028 Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
