Complete Job Description
- Einsatzort: Karlsruhe
- Einsatzzeitraum: Anfang Januar bis Ende März 2027
- Regulär Tagschicht 40 Stunden/Woche, ab März 60 Stunden/Woche (mit Samstagsarbeit)
- Koordination und Überwachung der Rohrleitungs-Vorfertigung sowie der De- und Montagearbeiten auf der Baustelle
- Abstimmung und Steuerung aller beteiligten Gewerke (z. B. Gerüstbau, Isolierung, Korrosionsschutz, Kran)
- Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Qualitätsstandards vor Ort
- Kontrolle von Ausführungsqualität, Arbeitsfortschritt und Terminen inkl. Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Prüfung von Aufmaßen, Rohrschnitten und technischen Anforderungen
- Führen von Fortschritts- und Mängellisten sowie Reporting an die Stillstandsplanung
- Unterstützung bei Arbeitsgenehmigungen, Materialfluss, Leistungsprüfungen und Steckscheibenmanagement
- Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Fachbereichen und ausführenden Unternehmen
- Hohe Baustellenpräsenz als zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Beteiligten.
- Meister/Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als (Fach-) Bauleiter Rohrleitungsbau in der Prozessindustrie, bevorzugt in Raffinerien
- Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke und Industriestandards für Rohrleitungen und Komponenten
- Weitreichende Erfahrung in Turnarounds
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
