Microsoft Purview Administrator / Data Security Specialist (m/f/d) 100% Remote

Strong hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Purview in an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. Practical experience configuring sensitivity labels, label policies, DLP policies, retention policies, audit, eDiscovery, and data lifecycle management. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot data security risks, including oversharing, excessive permissions, sensitive content exposure, and Copilot grounding behavior. Experience working across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, endpoint protection, and Microsoft 365 compliance workloads. Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into practical Purview configurations and explain technical decisions clearly to stakeholders. Experience in global or regulated enterprise environments, ideally with data protection, legal, compliance, or information governance stakeholders. Able to work independently at pace, provide structured updates, document clearly, and complete configuration work within a short contract window. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot security readiness, Purview deployment projects, or large-scale Microsoft 365 compliance programs is highly desirable.
