The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

experience in digital learning environments or HR technology, with strong exposure to LXP/LMS platforms in a large enterprise context Strong hands-on expertise with Cornerstone Learning Experience Platform or comparable learning platforms; Cornerstone certification or formal training is preferred. Good understanding of core learning administration and configuration topics, including learning content, audiences, assignments, certifications, compliance, and workflows. Experience in HR technology landscapes, especially with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS / Oracle Learning, or similar enterprise HR platforms. Background in learning technology or HR IT consulting, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical platform solutions. Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, user lifecycle processes, access concepts, and organizational structures in enterprise platforms. Strong analytical, structured, and service-oriented working style, with the ability to communicate platform topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
