The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must-Haves: Experience: At least 8 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, including at least 5 years as a Technical Lead/SME in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects. SuccessFactors Module Knowledge: Comprehensive overview of Employee Central (EC) including Time Management, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and integration with Recruiting (Eightfold) and Onboarding. Integration Expertise: Deep-dive experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, OData/REST/SOAP APIs, and SuccessFactors Integration Center. Security & Data: Solid knowledge of RBP (Role-Based Permissions), SAP IAS & IPS, SSO, and data migration tools and frameworks. Background: Proven experience in IT consulting or systems integration; completed IT degree or comparable qualification. Nice-to-have: Official SAP certifications for SuccessFactors and/or integration technologies (BTP/CPI).
