Lead Solution Architect – SAP Work Zone (m/f/d)

Must-have (Mandatory Requirements): Several years of demonstrable project experience with SAP Work Zone (Standard or Advanced Edition). Solid experience in the design and implementation of modern digital workplace solutions, as well as a deep understanding of modern employee experience and portal architectures. Practical experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Sound knowledge of Spaces, Pages, Launchpad Services, and Content Management. Knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and integration with external identity providers. Experience with role-based authorization and security concepts. Demonstrable experience in customer projects, technical consulting, and independent technical management of complex implementation projects. Fluent German and very good English skills. Exclusion Criteria: Pure administration, an exclusive focus on SAP Fiori Launchpad (without Work Zone), pure frontend development without Work Zone configuration, or pure support/operations experience are insufficient. Should-have (Ideally Present): Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central and Learning). Experience with SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Process Automation. Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Launchpad Service. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams integrations. Experience with the SAP Activate methodology and international rollout projects. Experience conducting workshops, fit-to-standard analyses, and business consulting. Nice-to-have (advantageous): Experience with SAP Joule, AI-powered employee experience solutions, and SAP Joule Work. Knowledge of SAP Build Code and experience with SAP Business Application Studio. Knowledge of modern UX/UI concepts, design thinking, and mobile-first strategies. Experience with hybrid cloud scenarios.
