Lead Security Architect

Lead Security Architect - 12+ months - Remote & On-site Germany or Poland - Start October or November/Flexible For our international client, we are currently looking for an experienced Lead Security Architect. Your main task is to support the client in the strengthening of the Security Architecture and Application Security of their IT systems due to evolving cybersecurity threats. Tasks: * Act as Lead Security Architect * Own the overarching Security Architecture direction & drive its coordinated implementation * Translate security requirements into actionable architecture guidance and guardrails * Define Security Architecture * Implement Security Architecture Use Cases, Use- cased blueprints and POCs * Align Security Architecture with Corporate Information Security requirements, Enterprise Architecture and technology roadmaps * Coordinate architectural interfaces * Oversee risked based architecture reviews for major changes and important designs * Monitor relevant technology and cyber security developments * Align stakeholders and facilitate decisions * Drive continuous improvement Requirements: * Long-term project experience as Lead Security Architect * Experience with Cybersecurity threats * Zero Trust Architecture project experience * Long-term project experience across Cloud, Application, Identity, Data & Infrastructure Security experience * Enterprise Architecture Security experience * Security Governance Architecture experience * Experience in designing Security Architecture for large international organisations * Experience in the manufacturing area - preferred * Stakeholder Management & Risk Management Project details: * Start: October/November (December possible too) * Duration: 12 months * Workload: 5 days per week * Location: Remote and on-site min. of once per month in Germany and/or Poland * Languages: Fluency in English, German nice to have Telephone interview slots with our client can be arranged at short notice with a decision immediately thereafter.
