We are looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst.
Your main tasks will be:
- Owning marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable insights across the organization;
- Monitoring key marketing and business performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations;
- Designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall marketing efficiency;
- Developing, maintaining, and improving analytical and predictive models used in marketing decision-making, including attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation models;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, automating analytical workflows, and implementing best practices in marketing measurement and analytics.
We expect from you: - Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field;
- Strong proficiency in SQL;
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables;
- Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies;
- Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling;
- Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows;
- Experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement;

Experience working with attribution models, paid acquisition channels, and advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
