Must-have (Required Skills): Several years of demonstrable experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; sound experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors EC; very good understanding of modern HR processes and organizational structures; experience in international implementation or rollout projects; experience in conducting workshops and process analyses; ability to independently advise clients and departments; certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; very good German and English skills. Should-have (Desired Skills): Knowledge of SAP HCM and hybrid HCM/SuccessFactors landscapes; experience with Employee Central integrations and knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite (CPI); experience with business rules, workflows, and MDF objects; experience in SAP Activate projects; experience in presales or proposal support.
