Job description
Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace programs, driving workplace transformation, service delivery, governance, financial performance, and stakeholder management across Microsoft 365, End User Computing, Collaboration, Mobility, VDI, and Service Desk domains.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead large-scale Digital Workplace transformation and managed services programs.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Own financial performance, resource planning, forecasting, and change requests.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and workplace modernization initiatives.
• Ensure delivery excellence through SLA/KPI achievement, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional, global teams and external partners to achieve business outcomes.
• Identify automation and innovation opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
