The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Experience: You have several years of successful Java programming experience and have worked on large systems in large teams (more than 5 developers). Architectural knowledge: You have experience as an IT architect and know how to lay the foundations for software platforms. Structural skills: You know how to clean up and modernize old, unwieldy software systems. Your tools (technologies): Java (current version 25) and Spring Boot. Databases & data flow: Hibernate, JPA, Flyway, Kafka. Security & authentication: OAuth, OIDC. Tools & Docker: Gradle, Git/GitHub, Docker or Podman, React (basic knowledge).
