The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Proven experience in conducting user training for contact center solutions. In-depth knowledge of the sikom contact center solution, especially the agent and administration interfaces. Essential practical knowledge of the relevant software, as the training is based on an already deployed sikom solution. Experience in creating training materials and conducting online training. Excellent written and spoken German skills.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
