Für einen unserer Großkunden suchen wir derzeit eine Unterstützung, die die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:
Ihre Aufgaben:- Bearbeitung von Service Desk und User Support Anfragen
- Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen
- Verwaltung und Betreuung von Microsoft 365
- Durchführung von Update Monitoring und Patchmanagement
- Erstellung und Verwaltung virtueller Server
- Unterstützung im Client Management
- Automatisierung einfacher Aufgaben mittels PowerShell
- Unterstützung bei Cloud-Themen im AWS-Umfeld
- Mitarbeit im Betrieb und der Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
- Unterstützung bei Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturthemen
Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung im Service Desk bzw. User Support
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen
- Erfahrung in der Serveradministration
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 Administration
- Grundkenntnisse in PowerShell
- Erfahrung im Update- und Patchmanagement
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Verwaltung von virtuellen Maschinen
- Grundkenntnisse im AWS-Umfeld
- Gute Netzwerkgrundlagen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit OPSI oder vergleichbaren Client-Management-Lösungen
