For our client in the energy sector, we are seeking an IT Service Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Key details: Project start: August 1st. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification and several years of experience in a similar position. At least 5 years of professional experience in a senior IT role, preferably in IT service management, or demonstrable experience in leading IT project teams. Ideally, practical experience in the implementation and application of service management processes. A communicative, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work. Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1/C2 level) and a strong customer focus, making you the first point of contact for internal clients.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
