Our client in the energy sector is looking for a Service Level Manager (m/f/d) to manage and monitor the agreed IT services to customers and internal service units. Must-have: Several years of experience in IT service management according to ITIL; experience in dealing with customers and service providers; experience in critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environments or regulated industries; knowledge of vulnerability management and related processes; understanding of information security requirements, risk management, and compliance; experience in creating and evaluating reports, KPIs, and management documents; proficient use of Microsoft 365 and common ITSM tools. Nice-to-have: Knowledge of the standards ISO 27001, BSI IT Baseline Protection, and NIS2; experience in security management or security governance; basic knowledge of incident response management; experience working with security operations centers (SOCs); project management skills.
