Must-have criteria: Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in IT development teams using Scrum - Experience level in years: 3+ years of experience in software development teams with end-to-end responsibility across the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment, as well as CI/CD and DevOps-based delivery processes - Experience level in years: 3+ years of experience in the design and optimization of Jira structures for agile development organizations - Experience level in years: 3+ years of experience in the further development of large agile development teams or in supporting team restructuring into sub-teams - Experience level in years: 3+ years of certification as a Scrum Master and certification in the SAFe framework - Certificates: PSM I/II, CSM or equivalent and SSM, SASM, SA or equivalent Desired criteria: Experience in restructuring or redesigning agile development teams along functional, technical, or value stream-oriented lines of responsibility – Experience level in years: 3+ years; Experience in establishing clear sub-team responsibilities, interfaces, and cross-team working methods in agile development units – Experience level in years: 3+ years; Experience in designing and optimizing Jira structures for scaled agile work, including backlog structures, dependency management, and control metrics – Experience level in years: 3+ years; Experience in analyzing and optimizing dependencies between development teams to increase delivery capability and team autonomy – Experience level in years: 3+ years; Experience in collaborating with other Scrum Masters, Team Coaches, or Agile Coaches in the joint development of larger development units – Experience level in years: 3+ years
