The position will be filled precisely according to your individual qualification profile. Please indicate in your application which of the following two requirement profiles applies: Senior-Level / Expert Level: Methodology & Processes: Solid PRINCE2 certification (Foundation + Practitioner), experience with GPM and ideally ISO 9000 (ability to mediate between different methodologies and work towards a common standard), as well as demonstrable experience in developing PM standards (active participation in the design of templates, quality gates, and status reporting). Tools: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, experience with Project-Tile or comparable PM tools, and willingness to learn in-house developments. Ideally, experience in tool consolidation and the implementation of company-wide PM systems. Technical & Domain: Industry experience in the healthcare or statutory health insurance (SHI) sector, as well as experience with merger projects in transition management. Role & Attitude: Acting as a strategic sparring partner (beyond purely operational delivery) and possessing strong communication skills on the client side. Requirements Profile: Junior Level / Development Stage. Methodology & Processes: Basic knowledge of PRINCE2 (Foundation) or willingness to obtain certification quickly, as well as initial exposure to classic or hybrid project management methods. Tools: Proficient use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as openness to diverse tool landscapes (Project-Tile, in-house developments) without a lengthy training period. Technical & Domain: Interest in or initial experience in the healthcare or SHI sector, as well as motivation to take on coordinating and administrative support tasks in transition management for merger projects. Role & Attitude: Active support of the Senior PM in status reporting, documentation, and interface coordination between the six departments, as well as a strong willingness to learn regarding the Process standardization
