The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Mandatory Requirements: Experience as a migration manager in the planning and control of migration projects (please specify projects and their respective durations) - minimum 5 years of experience. Experience with common document management systems (SharePoint, LifeRay) and their data structures, APIs, and export mechanisms - 2 references. Evidence of at least one successful assignment as a migration consultant in a railway company - 1 reference. Demonstrable, project-related technical knowledge in the AWS environment (Amazon S3 object storage, Amazon RDS PostgreSQL, data migrations to AWS cloud environments, AWS-based cloud architectures) - 3 references. Desired Requirements: General experience in using migration tools, ETL/migration tools, or script-based transfers - 4 references. Experience with the migration of document and workflow management systems such as Camunda and LifeRay - 3 references. Evidence of migration and data management certifications - CDMP or similar. Project management certification - Prince, PMI, GPM, or similar. Successfully completed studies in the following fields. Business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification
