What skills are required for this it project manager – enterprise delivery & cloud rollout (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Several years of demonstrable experience leading complex IT, data, or cloud projects in an international environment. Solid technical understanding of cloud architectures, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and modern data platforms. Proven experience in system integration and working with enterprise architectures. In-depth expertise in requirements management, risk management, release management, and dependency management. Experience managing internal, international, and external development and provider teams. Demonstrable references from successfully completed enterprise rollout projects. Language skills: Fluent German (at least C1 level) and fluent English (at least B2/C1 level) for working in international matrix structures. Desirable: Industry experience in the manufacturing sector, knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, digital twin, and experience managing AI/data projects. Desirable certifications: e.g., PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (PSM/CSM), or SAFe.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
