IT-PMO insurance environment (m/f/d)

You have 2 to 5 years of solid professional experience in (IT) project management within the insurance or finance sector. You are proficient in using standard project management tools: JIRA and Confluence (for agile work and documentation), as well as Planta (for multi-project and resource management) and the standard MS Office suite. Communication and teamwork skills: You communicate effectively with everyone – from developers to management. You know how to motivate teams, manage expectations, and ensure everyone works together towards a common goal. Problem-solving skills and critical thinking: You constructively question existing processes. When obstacles arise during the preliminary study, you thoroughly analyze the root causes and develop pragmatic, future-oriented solutions. Reliability: You independently drive projects forward, keep your promises, and ensure that the preliminary study is completed on time and to a high standard.
