What skills are required for this it delivery manager (m/f/d) – release & rollout?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Solid professional experience in the end-to-end management of complex IT delivery processes and release planning in an enterprise environment. Proven experience in DevOps delivery, proficiency in Jira, and the technical management of development and testing teams. Relevant experience in provider and vendor management within multi-stakeholder projects. Practical knowledge of implementing IT security requirements and regulatory standards (essential: a thorough understanding of ISO 55001). Fluent German and very good English skills (at least C1) for communication at the program level. Ideally, technical expertise in system architecture and interfaces (APIs, MuleSoft) as well as industry experience in the energy sector.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
