IT Consultant SAP TM / Solution Architect (f/m/d)

Essential Requirements (Must-have): Must-have: Technical Expertise: * Very deep, demonstrable know-how and several years of project experience in SAP TM (primarily outbound). In-depth understanding of: transport planning/optimization, freight orders/freight units, carrier management, master data/process design. Experience with the integration of SAP TM into S/4HANA and EWM landscapes. Must-have: Industry Experience: * Experience in manufacturing companies with complex network structures (multiple plants, warehouses, distribution channels). Ideally, experience in the automotive supplier industry. Must-have: Methodological & Role Competence: Experience as a solution architect at the interface between business and IT. Experience in large transformation projects or template/rollout programs. Structured work style, analytical skills, assertiveness, and decisiveness. Experience in workshop facilitation and in the technical leadership/management of teams. Confident demeanor in an international, cross-functional environment. Desirable qualifications (nice-to-have): Experience with Oracle TMS in an outbound environment. Experience with hybrid TMS/ERP landscapes and a hybrid TMS setup. Knowledge of the related modules: SAP SD and SAP GTS. Understanding of automotive/industrial processes (high delivery frequency, complex delivery schedules, JIT/JIS-like processes).
