What skills are required for this it consultant (m/f/d) – client management?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Key professional qualifications for SCCM replacement & cloud migration: Solid experience in migrating from classic SCCM/MECM environments to modern cloud management approaches (co-management phases, workload migration, SCCM decommissioning). Microsoft ecosystem: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (design of zero-touch deployment, settings catalog, compliance policies). Zero Trust architecture: Proven track record in implementing Zero Trust at the client level (identity-driven access, device compliance as an access requirement, least privilege, network segmentation in conjunction with conditional access). GPO consolidation: Experience in cleaning up and migrating legacy GPO structures as well as tool-supported analysis (Group Policy Analytics). Software packaging & patch management: Confident handling of modern approaches such as WinGet, Win32 apps, and ideally, common third-party patch tools. Endpoint Security & Hardening: Experience with frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks or BSI IT Baseline Protection, as well as vulnerability management (e.g., Defender Vulnerability Management, Tenable) and SIEM integration. Note: The technological focus is on Microsoft; openness to non-Microsoft solutions (macOS/iOS/Android) is required.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
