The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Solid experience in building, structuring, and operating scalable AI platforms, as well as end-to-end process automation in enterprise environments. Proficient in Python as the primary programming language and possessing a strong understanding of relevant infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). Expertise in interface development (API connectivity) and the design of tool integrations for complex system landscapes. A high degree of openness to new technologies, a proactive willingness to learn, and a strong hands-on mentality for building prototypes. Excellent communication skills to bridge IT and business departments as a technological thought leader and effectively achieve shared goals.
