On behalf of our energy client, we are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Specialist (m/f/d). The goal is to support the smooth processing of monthly customer billing and to prevent errors. Key responsibilities include: Technical adjustments to the QBilling billing system; customizing invoice texts and attachments (e.g., CO2 emissions data); proactively supporting the 10-15 employees in the billing and controlling departments to systematically minimize billing errors; and providing hands-on...

Practical experience: You have professional experience in IT application support or at the interface between IT and business departments (e.g., billing/controlling). System knowledge: Experience with the billing system used (QBilling) is expressly not required – you will receive comprehensive training and detailed onboarding.
