For our renowned long-standing client in the shipbuilding industry in Lemwerder, we are seeking an IT Administrator (m/f/d) specializing in Linux/Kubernetes for a project-based permanent position (freelancer becomes temporary employment). Start date: June 1, 2026. Duration: 13 months. Workload: 40 hours per week. Location: Lemwerder. Remote work: 2 days/week. First or several years of practical experience in operating and setting up IT infrastructures, especially in Linux and Kubernetes environments; in-depth knowledge of Linux systems (administration, troubleshooting, performance analysis); experience in operating and further developing Kubernetes clusters in on-premises environments; experience with automation in Linux/Kubernetes environments (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Kustomize); familiarity with monitoring and logging in Kubernetes and Linux environments; good knowledge of and experience with the Camunda automation platform; additional requirements: willingness to travel occasionally to our locations (5%); technical thinking and understanding of processes; very good written and spoken German and English skills; strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels; independent, solution-oriented work style with high quality and service standards.
