We are immediately seeking a hands-on Interim Specialist (m/f/d) in Trade Compliance for a leading international technology company to bridge a short-term staffing gap. In this role, you will support the global team in the efficient and audit-compliant assessment of sanctions list hits to minimize legal and regulatory risks for the company. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must-have: At least two years of operational experience in handling sanctions list hits in an international corporate environment is mandatory, including the mandatory use of US sanctions lists (OFAC, EAR). Must-have: Proven, confident practical user skills in SAP GTS. Must-have: Sound knowledge of export controls and sanctions law (EU and US regulations). Must-have: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, for effective communication and understanding of English-language regulations. Must-have: Demonstrable professional qualifications in foreign trade, economics, law, or expertise solidified through several years of professional experience. Ability to conduct structured, risk-based analyses and make independent, transparent decisions in a compliance context.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
