Interim Product Manager (m/f/d) Banking Sector

Interim management for an agile team in the securities trading sector – on-site and remote Professional and technical responsibility for the entire product lifecycle within a department/squad Creating solutions including backlog management and prioritization Close collaboration with Scrum Masters and other key roles in the planning and delivery context: creating orientation and transparency in goal setting, moderating within the teams, and supporting requirements coordination. Meeting delivery obligations Collaboration with the development teams regarding requirements specifications, their objectives, and the technical acceptance of features. Market and stakeholder orientation They possess the necessary seniority and leadership experience in the banking sector and have several years of experience in agile working methods (ideally SAFe). Knowledge of collaboration and confident communication skills with different management levels. They act in a results-oriented and committed manner. Experience in an interface role within complex organizations and in leading development teams. Proficient German and English skills Regular willingness to work on-site with the squad team in Münster.
