As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP),you’llbe part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology.You’llgain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery. 

Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including: 

• Cybersecurity– Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection 

• Data Analytics & Operations– Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency 

• Technical Product/Project Management– Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions 

• Artificial Intelligence– Apply machine learning and AI toenhanceIT processes & systems

• Application Development– Build andoptimizesoftware tools forinternal & external use 

• IT Infrastructure & Architecture– Design and support scalable, secure technology environments

Basic Qualifications 

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field 

• Expected graduation date between December 2026and May 2027 

• Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships 

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving 

   

Preferred Qualifications 

We value a wide range of experiences—you may stand out if you have: 

• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software development, or data analytics 

• Strong academic performancedemonstratedby a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply 

• Passion for a career in technology and healthcare 

• Experience working on teams or leading projects 

• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments 

• Openness tonew ideasand perspectives
