Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to enhance the security and efficiency of our identity services.
This position involves overseeing over 17,000 user profiles and their access to integrated systems, utilizing advanced tools to deliver reliable and high-quality IAM solutions.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Develop Terraform configurations for integrating in-house and third-party applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms through protocols like SAML and OIDC
• Maintain IAM-related requests via GitHub to fulfill stakeholder requirements efficiently
• Contribute to refinement and sprint planning to drive project goals and timely delivery
• Configure and implement new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP using Terraform and UI customization
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM escalations by providing Level 3 (L3) support
• Draft and maintain detailed documentation for feature delivery processes and operational workflows

Requirements

• Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
• Skills in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta and Saviynt
• Experience working with version control and workflow management tools like GitHub
• Background in identifying and resolving complex IAM issues
• Competency in collaborating in Agile environments and adapting to iterative development practices
• Flexibility to produce clear and concise technical documentation

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Okta platform administration and configuration
• Expertise in Saviynt platform setup and functionality
• Knowledge of techniques to automate IAM processes
