Qualifications: Certified training as a safety specialist (SiFa) in accordance with DGUV regulations. Industry experience: Demonstrable experience in supervising construction sites in the field of high- or medium-voltage technology. Expertise: Sound knowledge of electrical infrastructure (e.g., switchgear, secondary technology, transformer and cable trays). Regulatory competence: Deep familiarity with the relevant norms and standards (DGUV, VDE, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Communication skills: Assertive and professional demeanor when coordinating interfaces between project management and service providers. Work style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach with high quality standards. Commitment: Reliable on-site presence in the Dietzenbach area for 20 hours/week (8 hours each Monday and Wednesday, 4 hours Friday). Language skills: Fluent German, both written and spoken, for legally compliant documentation.
