Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang). - Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet product and business requirements. - Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. - Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best-practice solutions to the team. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer. - Strong proficiency in Go (Golang). - Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries). - Strong understanding of system-level programming using C or C++. - Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices. - Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts. - Passionate about technology, self-driven, and proactive with a "builder" mindset. Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills - Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases. - Exposure to AI / Machine Learning workflows or integrating AI services. - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native development. - Performance optimization and low-latency system development. - Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech projects.
