📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Voor deze opdracht zoeken we een Junior Functional Analyst die meehelpt bij het verbeteren en optimaliseren van een bestaande website gebouwd op Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Based on workshops with business stakeholders and in alignment with the solution architect, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Je maakt deel uit van het AEM-team en fungeert als brug tussen business en technical teams.
- Je vertaalt business requirements naar AEM functionalities and components.
- Je geeft guidance on best practices rond assets, components, pages, templates, site structure, SEO, responsive design en user journeys.
- Je bereidt user stories voor development voor en werkt de functionele analyse uit.
- Je geeft demo's van nieuwe functionaliteiten en ondersteunt test- en validatiemomenten.
- Je faciliteert workshops om onduidelijkheden om te zetten in duidelijke specificaties.
- Je documenteert AEM functionalities and components op basis van business requirements en best practices.
📝 Jouw profiel
Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, idealiter ongeveer 2 jaar.
- Kennis van AEM 6.4 and/or 6.5.
- Kennis van Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics en Adobe Campaign is een plus.
- Ervaring met het begeleiden van workshops en het geven van trainingen of demo's over Adobe-producten zoals AEM.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Agile en/of Waterfallprojecten, en met Jira of een DevOps-werkwijze.
- Je begrijpt wireframes, UX concepts, SEO, responsive design en user journeys, en kan die linken aan AEM concepts.
- Sterke communicatieve, coachende, analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Je schakelt vlot met technical teams en externe web- of designpartners.
- Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Engels.
- Talen: Nederlands en/of Frans, plus Engels.
